Proposed Rule Changes
The board has proposed general rule updates to incorporate the legislative required language regarding W.S. 33-1-117 pertaining to active military licensing requirements, and to change the Lash add-on license, to a Lash and Brow add-on license for licensed hair stylist and nail technicians only. The lash and brow add-on license does not apply to, or change scope of practice for cosmetology or esthetics licenses.
