Proposed Rule Update

The Wyoming Board of Barber Examiners is proposing general rule updates to address administrative errors from the most recent update. Certain changes that were previously approved and adopted were inadvertently omitted from the current rules. The Board now seeks to rectify this by re-proposing and incorporating the following language:

Examination Standards: The Board is implementing computer-based examinations. Fees for these exams will be paid directly to the designated test administration company.

Examiner Delegation: The Board is clarifying its authority to delegate examination administration to a qualified testing company.
