Requirements for candidates not from Wyoming schools:

• Must have graduated from a Cosmetology school recognized by the State and have equal or greater than the amount of hours required by Wyoming, or hold a license but not meet the requirements for endorsement. 

• Be able to provide the Board office with certification of licensure or certification of hours. 

Procedures:

Complete and return to the Board office the notarized exam application along with:

• • Copy of current license (if licensed)

  • Copy of current government issued photo ID and social security card or U.S. birth certificate, or

  • Copy of current U.S. passport or current permanent resident card.

  • Examination Fee (money order or cashier check only)
